Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Bet on Football

Bet on football has the battle in the AFC North this week as the Pittsburgh Steelers host the Cincinnati Bengals. Both teams come into this game at 6-2 so the winner of this NFL betting matchup will take the division lead.  Here is a look at what could be one of the best games of the week. Bet on football has seen the Bengals as one of the surprise teams in the NFL this season.  With a strong running game led by Cedric Benson and a healthy Carson Palmer, the Bengals have been popular for those that bet on football.  Cincinnati is also playing excellent defense this season.

Pittsburgh is playing as well as any team in the NFL.  They went into Denver last week and dismantled the Broncos who had lost only one game.  Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is having a super year and the Pittsburgh defense continues to be very tough.

Cincinnati has done well within the division for those that bet on football.  The Bengals are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 vs. the AFC North.   Overall, the Bengals have been a good team in NFL betting as they are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games overall. One thing that could point to Cincinnati in NFL betting is that the road team is 11-4-1 ATS in the last 16 meetings. The problem for those that bet on football with the Bengals is that in this series the Bengals are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings.

Pittsburgh has been tough at home for those that bet on football.  The Steelers are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 home games. Within the division the Steelers are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 vs. the AFC North.  The favorite in this game has gone 4-1 ATS in their last 5 meetings.

It could be a defensive struggle on Sunday as these two teams meet.  Seven of the last nine Cincinnati games vs. the AFC have gone under the bet on football total.  Pittsburgh has been going over more this year vs. the NFL betting number but that might not be the case in this matchup against Cincinnati. The Steelers have gone over in 16 of their last 22 games vs. AFC teams and the Steelers have been a huge over team at home.  In this series against the Bengals, six of the last seven games have gone over the total.
