Cardinals Resemble Giants in Super Bowl Odds

Super Bowl odds for Super Bowl XLIII are somewhat similar to last year’s odds when the New England Patriots were favored against the New York Giants. Super Bowl odds have the Pittsburgh Steelers favored by 7 points against the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII. Super Bowl odds last season were heavily bet in favor of the underdog Giants. The amount of people betting on Arizona will be less in than people who bet on the Giants last year but gamblers still might choose Arizona plus the points against the Steelers.

Last year the New York Giants didn’t get a whole lot of respect from the media but the public seemed to like them in. A similar thing is happening this year with the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl betting. The media still doesn’t really respect them but the public has begun to come around in. The Cardinals are led by quarterback Kurt Warner who has already played in two Super Bowls in his career, winning one and losing one. He lost as a big Super Bowl betting favorite against the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XXXVI so he knows all about how a favorite can fall.

Arizona comes into Super Bowl XLIII with some Super Bowl odds advantages. Numbers show that Warner has more experience than Pittsburgh quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger. Larry Fitzgerald right now is the best receiver in the NFL as  stats show and his teammate Anquan Boldin could have something to prove in the Super Bowl. It is not all positive for the Cardinals though in. Their defense still isn’t very good despite improvements in the playoffs. Their running game is weak, even with a rejuvenated Edgerrin James, and other than Warner they have very little Super Bowl experience. But last year the New York Giants didn’t have much experience either and they won in Super Bowl betting. The Cardinals got hot at the right time just like the Giants did last season so there are some parallels in. Open a New Account and start betting on super bowl at SBG Global!
