The Cardinals made 22 first downs on 65 plays for 339 total offensive yards, with 237 passing and 102 rushing, with 1 turnover in the game.

The Dallas defense held the Cardinals scoreless in the 1st quarter with they scored 10 points, however in the 2nd quarter the Cardinals scored 14 points and their defense held Dallas scoreless, thus the 1st half ended Arizona 14 Dallas 10. In the 3rd quarter both teams were scoreless, while in the 4th quarter the Cardinals scored 14 points and the Cowboys scored, which left the final score for the game, Arizona 28 and Dallas 17.

The Cardinals only loss was at the Denver Broncos in Denver 41-20 on Sunday the 5th of October 2014 in their 4 game of the season. This win for the Cardinals was the 4th consecutive win over the Cowboys, and that was the first win of those 4 games, that was not won on the final play of the game, as 2 of the 3 previous wins were in OT.
