They cut veteran WR Terrell Owens after he dropped a couple of catchable balls and traded QB Tavaris Jackson to Buffalo. Apparently head coach Pete Carroll saw enough from rookie QB Russell Wilson after he threw 2 TD’s vs. the Lions. Thursday’s game will decide whether Wilson or former Packer backup Matt Flynn will be starting the regular season for the Seahawks. Seattle RB Marshawn Lynch’s status is questionable for the contest.
