Bengals Potential Live Betting on NFL Home Dog vs. Ravens

Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh is on one of the hottest seats in the NFL.  In fact, owner Steve Bisciotti admitted he nearly canned Harbaugh after a disappointing 2017 season.  Account of last week’s 47-3 Betting on NFL home payout over Buffalo has cooled off the heat.  At least for the moment.  At the same time Cincinnati head coach Marvin Lewis was also considered not for long last year.  But the Bengals 34-23 win at Indianapolis has Cincinnati rejuvenated.  Commencing with Thursday Night these team’s redemption quests will be under question.  After all, only one will come out victorious.

Cincinnati Bengals

Certainly, Cincinnati’s win over Indianapolis will inspire betting on NFL confidence.  Quarterback Andy Dalton had a solid day going 21/28 for 243 yards and two touchdowns.  Running back Joe Mixon also impressed with 95 yards on 17 carries with a TD.  And Bengals safety Clayton Frejedelem saved the game with a ball jarring tackle of Jack Doyle.  Which he turned into an 83-yard TD return.  Correlate that only 35 seconds remained.  Afterward the Bengals could breathe a sigh of relief for a win that may prove valuable come season’s end. For Lewis it was a day of triumph.

Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore’s win over Buffalo was stunning.  After all the Bills were a playoff team last year.  As a consequence of missing the playoffs Harbaugh knows he must get the Ravens into the 2018 post season.  In a similar manner quarterback Joe Flacco is under the radar.  Flacco has not been effective the past couple of seasons while making huge money.  Specifically, Harbaugh and Flacco are tied together for Baltimore’s playoff hopes.  In fact, Bisciotti has been more patient and understanding than most NFL owners.  From this point there is no margin for error.

Stats to Consider

The Ravens have not been a reliable online wagering play as road chalks.  Such as they have covered just three of their last 10 in that role.  Baltimore has gone under in five of their last seven laying points on the road.  Balanced against that is Cincinnati’s high profitability as a home dog.  To illustrate the Bengals have lost just one of their last 10 vs. the line as a pup at Paul Brown Stadium.  Just one of their last five in that situation went over the total.

Team vs. Team

Head to head Cincinnati has paid in six of their last nine against Baltimore.  Accordingly, just one of the last five between these teams went over the total.  Concurrently the Bengals have paid in nine of their last 13 home games with the Ravens.  Just two of the last six in this series at Paul Brown Stadium went over the total.

Matchup to Watch

Following that devastating payout over Buffalo it will be hard for Baltimore to duplicate such a performance. As mentioned earlier Betting on NFL trends all point to Cincinnati.  What’s more they should have the motivation edge as prime time divisional home dogs.
