NCAA Football Betting – Oklahoma a Field Goal Favorite at Texas A&M

Oklahoma still has a chance to play in a BCS bowl game but to do so they must start winning on the road in NCAA football betting. Two weeks ago they couldn’t get the job done in a loss to Missouri but on Saturday they get another chance as they visit Texas A&M. The Sooners are 3-point road favorites in college football betting at Sbgglobal. The Sooners are going to get a lot of chances to prove they are a good team on the road as after visiting Texas A&M they will have to play Baylor and Oklahoma State away from Norman.  Oklahoma is in a battle with Baylor and Oklahoma State as each team has one conference loss.  Oklahoma State and Baylor meet this week while the Sooners are at A&M.

Home/Road Dichotomy
The Sooners are 71-2 at home under head coach Bob Stoops but they are just 33-15 on the road.  Two weeks ago they lost at Missouri but last week they came home to rout Colorado.  Can Oklahoma go on the road and finally play a great game? The Sooners beat Texas this season but that win doesn’t look that great now.  Winning at A&M and then at Baylor and Oklahoma State would put the Sooners into a big bowl game. Winning at A&M may not be easy.  A&M has won back-to-back games after losing three in a row.  Last week it was new starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill throwing for a school record 449 yards in a 45-27 wins against Texas Tech.
