2007-2008 East Carolina Pirates College Basketball Lines

College basketball lines on East Carolina games in 2007-2008 may be a little tough to predict The team has a new coach in Mack McCarthy and quite a few new faces.  It may take some time for gamblers to get a handle on the East Carolina basketball lines.
