At the onset of 2025, a revamped offensive line is the biggest College Football lines concern for Fisch. But the rest of this unit is in great shape with the return of running back Jonah Coleman and receiver Denzel Boston. Consider the massive personnel turnover and coaching change from Kalen DeBoer to Jedd Fisch last offseason. Hence, it was no surprise that 2024 was a rebuilding year for the Washington team. However, even in a transition season, Fisch and the Huskies still managed to win six games in their Big Ten debut.

Colorado State Rams Team Overview
Colorado State had to battle for nearly every one of its sports betting wins in 2024. After starting the season 1-2 overall, seven of the Rams’ next nine games were decided by 14 points or fewer. But they ended up going 6-1 in Mountain West play and also nearly won at Oregon State, losing 39-31 in double overtime. If it weren’t for a 28-22 loss at Fresno State, Colorado State would’ve been playing in the Mountain West Championship. Thus, CSU hopes to earn a spot in that title game this season.
However, Colorado State is missing some of its stars from last season. Including wide receiver Tory Horton, who is now in the NFL. But the Rams return some solid players as well. Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi is among them. He made the All-Mountain West Honorable Mention list in 2023. Correlate that he threw for 2,796 yards, 14 touchdowns, and nine interceptions on a 61% completion rate in 2024. Also, he ran for 75 yards and four TDs.
Avery Morrow, who led CSU with 1,006 yards and nine touchdowns rushing last year, is gone. But Justin Marshall is back after running for 746 yards and four TDs. After ranking third on the team with 153 yards and a score on the ground, Jalen Dupree is also returning.
Washington Huskies Team Overview
Despite a disappointing first season in 2024, the College Football odds outlook for 2025 and beyond is bright for head coach Jedd Fisch. Especially with rising star quarterback Demond Williams at the controls. The Arizona native threw for 944 yards and eight touchdowns and ran for 282 yards and two scores over limited snaps (and two starts) in 13 appearances.
New defensive coordinator Ryan Walters has a busy offseason ahead with one starter returning off a unit that held opponents to 23.8 points per contest in ‘24. Cornerback Tacario Davis (from Arizona) was one of the top defensive transfers in the portal. Specifically, he is a key cog in Walters’ efforts to reload on the back end. More transfers in the form of linebacker Taariq Al-Uqdah (Washington State) and linemen Anterio Thompson (Western Michigan) and Simote Pepa (Utah) should help the front reload.
In 2024, Washington Huskies first-year head coach Jedd Fisch stepped into a mess and was not able to fully clean it up. Previously, former Washington head coach Kalen DeBoer led the Washington Huskies to heights that were reminiscent of the legendary Don James era.
