College Football Bet – Battle of Colorado as Buffaloes Battle Rams

Instate rivals meet on September 4th as the Buffaloes face the Rams in a game that gamblers who make a college football bet can watch on the Mountain TV network.

The game will be played at INVESCO Field in Denver, Colorado so neither team has a home field edge.  The Buffaloes are heavily favored in college football betting odds at Sbgglobal.

College football bet numbers list Colorado as a 12.5 point favorite.

Which Team is worse?  Colorado was 3-9 last season under colossal failure Dan Hawkins. He has done nothing since coming over from Boise State.  Colorado used to be a good team but now they are a joke. The Buffaloes have yet to have a winning season under Hawkins.

Next year the Buffaloes are moving to the Pac-10 but Hawkins may not be going with them.  Colorado State was also 3-9 last season but they were the weaker of the two teams since they didn’t even win a game in the Mountain West all year.

Colorado:  Colorado’s offense simply was awful last year.  Dan Hawkins’ son Cody has been a bust at quarterback but it is not all his fault.  He may not get the job this year as Tyler Hansen could be the choice.  The one good player on offense is wide receiver Scotty McKnight.

Too bad neither quarterback will get him the ball enough this season. The offensive line for Colorado does look good so perhaps the team will be able to run the ball. The defense for the Buffs was a disaster as they were the second worst in the Big 12.

Don’t expect things to be any different this season as Colorado still has the same defensive coordinator.

Colorado State: The Rams started off so well last season with a win over Colorado, Weber State and Nevada.  The wheels came off after that as they didn’t win another game.  The Rams should be better in 2010 with a solid running game. They have similar issues to Colorado at quarterback and their defense is not that great.

Why is rotten Colorado laying 12.5 points?  They have done nothing to show they can cover this type of number.  Colorado State is nothing special but they beat the Buffs last season.  Taking the points in college football betting looks to be the way to go in this one.
