Friday College Football Betting Lines – Oregon Heavily Favored vs. Arizona

Top-ranked Oregon is heavily favored at home on Friday as they host 20th ranked Arizona in a game that is set to be televised on ESPN. The Ducks are two wins away from playing in the BCS title game.  Even though Arizona is ranked in the top 20, not many people give them any chance to win at Oregon as they are almost three touchdown underdogs in college football odds.

Oregon -18 at Sbg global
The Ducks have an unstoppable offense that is scoring points on a record pace and it is not expected that even Arizona can slow them down. Perhaps the Wildcats can at least keep this game interesting for a while though since they do have a good offense. Last season in Tucson the game went to double overtime before Oregon won 44-41. The Ducks are expected to have Heisman Trophy candidate LaMichael James at close to full strength for this game.  He was injured in the win over California two weeks ago but looks to be in good shape after the bye week.

Oregon Averaging 50 Points per Game
The Ducks are putting up just over 50 points per game this season.  They are not going to be stopped by Arizona on Friday.  Very few teams go into Oregon and win and Arizona is not likely to be one of them.  And even though Oregon is not known for their defense they are 11th in the country in fewest points allowed.

Trends Also Point to Oregon
The Wildcats are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 road games. The Wildcats are 2-5 against the college football odds in their last 7 conference games. The Wildcats are 1-4 ATS vs. a team with a winning record. The Ducks are 4-0-1 ATS in their last 5 games as a home favorite. The Ducks are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games following a bye week.

Total Trends
This is going to be a game with a high total in college football betting lines and it is hard to take it under but it should be noted that the Under is 5-2 in the Wildcats last 7 road games.  That is the only number that points to an under though as the Over is 13-4 in the Ducks last 17 games overall and the Over is 15-5-1 in the Ducks last 21 home games.
