Western Kentucky is saying all the right things about how they expect to be better and that they expect to win a game this season. It is not going to come on Saturday at Nebraska. Western Kentucky has dropped lost 26 of its last 27 games to FBS teams and they are 0-6 against ranked teams since 2004.
