“Karma” is a word often thrown around. No college football program earned it more than East Carolina. ECU alum Ruffin McNeil played for the Pirates from 1976-1980. As coach McNeil led ECU to three consecutive College Football betting bowl seasons. However, when the Pirates slipped to 5-7 in 2015, McNeil was fired.
