If you bet College Football go with Virginia Tech

The Hokies start the season with a high profile game against Boise State and if they can win that contest they could vault right into the national title picture early in the season. Virginia Tech is 18-1 in NCAA betting to win the national championship. For those that Bet college football, the numbers list Virginia Tech as an underdog in their season opener against Boise State. The Hokies are small underdogs against the Broncos but the Hokies have the talent to win that game. Virginia Tech returns quarterback Tyrod Taylor and running back Ryan Williams. The Hokies also have a solid college football betting defense that should be able to hold down most opponents.

Virginia Tech has some tough games on their schedule beginning with the opener against Boise State.  That game is the tough out of conference matchup for the Hokies. They will also face tough ACC games against North Carolina and Miami and both of those games are on the road and the bad part for the Hokies is that they are in back-to-back weeks.  Even if the Hokies start the season with an upset over Boise State and run the table into November it is going to be very tough to win two straight weeks on the road at North Carolina and Miami. And it is possible that Virginia Tech will be unbeaten at that point. If they beat Boise State they should have not trouble the next two weeks against James Madison and East Carolina.

They go to Boston College for their conference opener but they can win that game. They can also win at NC State. Home games against Central Michigan, Wake Forest and Duke should be wins and the Hokies get Georgia Tech at home. It is the games on November 13th at North Carolina and on November 20th at Miami that look to be road blocks to a perfect season.  The Hokies finish up the regular season against Virginia.

Virginia Tech should have a potent offense this college football betting season and if the defense comes together they could be a very good team.  They do have to replace three starters on the defensive line but the secondary is loaded with talent led by Rashad Carmichael.
