Air Force at Navy College Football Betting Lines

College football betting lines on Saturday include a matchup for the Commander-in-Chief’s Trophy as Navy hosts Air Force.

The Midshipmen have had a lot of recent success in college football odds against Air Force but it is the Falcons that have the overall series edge.

College football betting lines favor Navy by a field goal on Saturday.  That might be too many considering the Falcons have the 25-16 edge in the all-time series and Air Force is off to a 3-1 start.  The Falcons beat San Diego State last week in college football betting lines and they lead the Mountain West Conference.

Navy gave Ohio State a scare in their opener and covered college football betting lines at the sportsbook in the 31-27 loss.  Last week the Midshipmen defeated Western Kentucky 38-22 in a game that was not on the college football betting lines board.

Air Force has struggled on offense this season but they have a great field goal kicker in Erik Soderberg who could be important in this game.  A big key for Air Force is the health of quarterback Tim Jefferson, who is questionable.  Air Force ranks first in the country in rushing at 319 yards per game.  The defense for Air Force has been great this season and impacted college football betting lines. Reggie Rembert was named the MWC Defensive Player of the Week.

Navy is led by quarterback Ricky Dobbs who had three rushing TDs last week.  The Midshipmen are sixth in the country, averaging 244.5 yards per game on the ground.

Air Force has been solid in the month of October going 6-2 vs. college football betting lines in the last eight games but they are 4-9 in college football odds in their last 13 vs. Independents.  The Falcons are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games as an underdog. The Falcons are 0-5 vs. college football betting lines at the sportsbook in their last 5 meetings at Navy.

Navy has simply owned the Mountain West in college football odds. The Midshipmen are 12-1 vs. college football betting lines in their last 13 vs. the Mountain West.  The problem for Navy is that they are 6-13 vs. the sports betting odds in their last 19 home games.

College football betting lines on the total point to the over. The Over is 14-6 in the Falcons last 20 games as a road underdog in college football odds. Four of the last five in this series have gone under the college football betting lines.
