What little offense Syracuse has is provided from sophomore guard Tyus Battle.  He is averaging a team best 19 points per game.  Battle pumped in 17 points in the win over MSU.  Duke boasts one of the top freshmen in the country.  Forward Marvin Bagley III leads Duke with 21 points and 11 rebounds per game.  Bagley posted 22 points in each of the first two Big Dance wins.

Coach vs. Coach

Krzyzewski and Boeheim make for a Hall of Fame coaching matchup.  With five Final Fours and one national title Boeheim ranks as one of the best.  What is off the charts is Krzyzewski’s five nattys and 12 Final Fours.  Syracuse and Duke met once this season in Atlantic Coast Conference action.  On February 24 the Blue Devils covered a 60-44 home payout.

Matchup to Watch
