Missouri at Kansas College Basketball Betting

College basketball betting has second-ranked Kansas favored at home against Missouri on Monday in a game that can be seen on ESPN. The Jayhawks have the longest home winning streak in the country at 42 straight but they could get challenged in this game against Missouri.  The Tigers have been a team to watch as you bet on college basketball as they are 15-3 this season. College basketball betting has seen Kansas lose just one game this season and that was at Tennessee.

The Jayhawks are just 8-7-1 against the spread though for those that bet on college basketball. Kansas is 5-4 against the college basketball betting odds at home.  The Jayhawks have done well against Missouri in this series but the Tigers have a chance. Kansas has a lot of offensive weapons but Missouri has a high scoring team as well, as they are 16th in the country averaging more than 81 points per game.  “They’ve got some players over there,” Missouri head coach Mike Anderson said. “They’re a very, very good basketball team, one of the top five in the country. You talk about a challenge that will be one of the ultimate challenges. But we want to go in there and see if we can get better.”

Missouri is coming off a 70-53 win over Nebraska on Saturday that extended their home winning streak to 31 games and that is third best in the country.  The Tigers will try and carry some of that home success to the road. Overall, the Tigers have done well against Big 12 teams as they are 6-1 in college basketball betting in their last 7 vs. the Big 12.  The concern though is on the road as the Tigers are 16-35 vs. the bet on college basketball odds in their last 51 road games.  They have also struggled on Monday’s as they are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Monday games.  Missouri is 1-4 in college basketball betting in the last 5 meetings against Kansas.

Kansas has been very good on Monday as they are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 Monday games. They are also very good in the conference as they are 19-6-2 ATS in their last 27 vs. the Big 12. They are 35-17-1 for those that bet on college basketball in their last 53 home games.

Even though Missouri is a high scoring team, six of their last seven against the Big 12 have gone under the college basketball betting total. On the road though, six of their last eight overall have gone over. Five of the last six Kansas home games have gone under in college basketball betting.
