At the onset of the Big 12 basketball tournament is Baylor riding high. Coach Scott Drew’s Bears are ranked third in the land. Baylor is one of the biggest moneymakers with the College Basketball lines. However, the Bears will get no free pass in the Big 12 tourney. West Virginia, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma have enough to beat anyone they play. And after being written off for dead, Kansas has caught fire down the stretch. Early in the season, Texas was wowing gamblers with impressive play. Oklahoma State boasts one of the nation’s top freshmen in Cade Cunningham.

Baylor Bears (20-1 SU, 14-7 ATS, 12-9 O/U)
First place in the regular season was clinched early by the Bears. Baylor ranks 4th out of 350 teams for scoring offense and 58th for points allowed. This balance makes Baylor a valued offshore betting brand. Accordingly, Jared Butler leads with 17.1 points and 5.0 assists per game. Scott Drew has reached elite status as a head coach.
West Virginia Mountaineers (18-7 SU, 13-12 ATS, 17-8 O/U)
Coach Bob Huggins has a strong offensive team that takes too many possessions off on defense. As a result, the Mounties are one of the most inconsistent teams on the board. Guard Miles McBride is the top scorer with 15.4 points per game. And then forward Derek Culver ads 14.8 points and ten rebounds per outing.
Kansas Jayhawks (19-8 SU, 13-12-1 ATS, 13-13 O/U)
Late on, Kansas has lost only one of their last eight games to the College basketball lines. Coach Bill Self has coached up the Jayhawks defense into an asset. Guard Ochai Agbaji leads KU with 13.7 points per game. So too does forward Jalen Wilson bring 12.2 points and 8.2 rebounds per game.
Texas Longhorns (16-7 SU, 9-13-1 ATS, 14-9 O/U)
Specifically, Texas was one of the country’s top teams for the first half of the season. But the Horns bled money and fell in the standings over the past several weeks. Guards Andrew Jones, Courtney Ramey, and Matt Coleman are averaging over 12 points per game.
Oklahoma State Cowboys (17-7 SU, 14-9-1 ATS, 16-7 O/U)
Late on, the Cowboys have covered five of their last six games. Guard Cade Cunningham is a freshman sensation with over 19.7 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. OSU’s defense remains a problem for their long-term viability. Moreover, Cunningham isn’t getting much help.
Texas Tech Red Raiders (17-8 SU, 10-15 ATS, 11-14 O/U)
Coach Chris Beard leads a Red Raiders defense ranked 17th of 350 teams for points allowed. Also, Texas Tech has gotten the money in three of their last four games. Guard Mac McClung leads the Red Raiders with 16.4 points per game. Correlate the lack of secondary scoring support.
Oklahoma Sooners (14-9 SU, 12-11 ATS, 10-13 O/U)
To begin with, Oklahoma has dropped six of their last seven against the spread. Following strong play in the conference, the Sooners were stunned in a 62-57 loss at Kansas State. And they are yet to recover. Coach Lon Kruger is a crafty veteran that could lead a surprise run.
