NBA Playoffs Wagering Online – Eastern Conference Preview.  NBA Playoffs wagering online action gets underway this weekend as 16 team’s battle in the first round.  Let’s take a look at the matchups you can consider when making an NBA playoffs bet at the Sbg sportsbook on the Eastern Conference.

(1) Chicago Bulls vs. (8) Indiana Pacers
The Bulls finished with the best record in the Eastern Conference and they should have little trouble with the Pacers.  Indiana is the only team in the playoffs with a losing record and they look to be in way over their head against the Bulls. Chicago won three of the four regular season meetings against the Pacers.  The Bulls won their three games by 19, 13 and 21 points while Indiana won by seven points in overtime in their lone win.

(2) Miami Heat vs. (7) Philadelphia 76ers
The Heat was able to beat out Boston for the second seed and that might be good for Miami as they face Philadelphia instead of New York. The Heat beat the 76ers in all three regular season meetings.  None of the three games were really even close as the Heat won by 10, 9 and 12 points.

(3) Boston Celtics vs. (6) New York Knicks
The Celtics fell all the way from the top spot in the Eastern Conference down to the #3 seed.  The Celtics have not played well down the stretch so head coach Doc Rivers decided to rest his starters in the last two games of the regular season.   Boston won all three games against New York this season but two of the three wins were by just two points and four points.

(4) Orlando Magic vs. (5) Atlanta Hawks
The Magic finished with quite a few more wins than the Hawks this season and Orlando will have the home court edge in this NBA Playoffs wagering online series. That may not mean much considering the Hawks are better on the road than at home.  You might be surprised to learn that the Hawks won three of the four meetings between the teams this season including both games at Orlando.  The Hawks seem to matchup well with the Magic but Atlanta is such a schizophrenic team that it is hard to know what they will do.
