The Bulls rallied to beat Detroit on Saturday as Derrick Rose matched a career high with 39.  The Bulls trailed by 21 in the third quarter and they were down 13 in the fourth when they went on a big 19-2 run to pull out the win. Joakim Noah had 15 points and 17 rebounds in the win over Detroit.
