The forward matchups have Josh Smith against Luol Deng and Al Horford against Carlos Boozer. The Hawks should have the edge with Horford while the Bulls may have a slight advantage with Deng. Horford could cause Chicago trouble in this series if Boozer continues to play poorly.
The Bulls have a big edge at center with Joakim Noah against Jason Collins. The Hawks simply can’t match the athleticism of Noah. The Bulls have such a huge edge here that they may move Noah over to guard Horford.
