The opening betting odds in this 2nd game heavily favor the Warriors of Golden State at -11 ½ with the total at 205 and -900 on the Money Line, with the comeback for the Pelicans of New Orleans at +11 ½ and +600 on the Money Line.
Many have picked this Warriors team to be the best in the NBA, and in the first game the Pelicans and their scoring machine Davis had a great game, but not good enough to beat the Warriors in Game 1 of this 7 game series. The Warriors again seem to be coasting as they did in their last few regular season games as they had the No.1 seed in the bag, and maybe the poor 4th quarter performance, will get them back in their No.1 seed form as they were for most of the 2014-15 season! Also the Warriors need to see Thompson get back to his normal scoring game as in game 1 he only made 6 of his 17 attempts, as in his previous four games he scored 29 point per game with a 55% shooting average.
The experts predict that Golden State in this game will play the 4 quarters at their high speed and win the game 111-95.
