San Antonio is getting good play from Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili but Tony Parker still doesn’t look totally healthy. The rest of the team has not played that well and Richard Jefferson looks like one of the most overpaid players in the league. His play this season has been a major disappointment as no one expected him to struggle. The Spurs need him to find his game if they are to win this basketball betting series. Duncan and Ginobili can’t do it all by themselves and Parker doesn’t look ready.
Dallas is getting good play out of Dirk Nowitzki in this series. He loves playing against his in-state rival. The Mavericks also have a number of other players who can score including Jason Terry, Jason Kidd and Caron Butler. The series is there for the taking for Dallas if they can win at home as expected. The Mavericks were not a good team at home this season so that is a concern for those taking them in NBA Playoffs betting but they showed in the first game of this series that they can cover the point spread.
