The tables have turned and the once unbeatable Rays are struggling mightily in the MLB betting competition while the Sox are chewing up their baseball betting opponents and spitting them out. James Shields (6-7, 4.55 ERA) will get the start for the Rays. In his past three starts he’s given up just 7 runs but he’s also pitched just 14 innings. The Sox will have the pitching advantage as new acquisition John Lackey (8-3, 4.69 ERA) has pitched alright this season but more importantly has gotten great run support when he starts a game. That should continue in this game at Fenway and the Sox should win again.
