The Washington Nationals are -140 favorites for the game. The San Diego Padres have a +130 payout for underdog bets. The Nationals are also favored with a -1.5 spread but the payout for that spread is only +120. There is also an over/under of six runs between these teams. This low over/under comes from a combination of the weak offenses from both teams and the traditional advantage that Petco Park has had for pitchers ever since it opened.
