Dennis’ Moment
Although Dennis’ Moment is the current offshore betting favorite for the 2020 Kentucky Derby, he is hardly perfect. Dennis’ Moment flopped in his last start at the Breeders Cup Juvenile on November 1, 2019. In that grade one race, Dennis’ Moment finished a very disappointing eighth place as Storm The Court took the wire. In view of that failure Dennis’ Moment’s next race on February 29, 2020, at the grade two Fountain of Youth will be a critical tell. Storm The Court
Following that Breeders Cup Juvenile win, Storm The Court is now a co-favorite to win the Kentucky Derby. Prior to defeated Dennis’ Moment at the Breeders Cup, Storm The Court finished third at the grade one American Pharoah Stakes. His next start is slated for February 1, 2020, at the grade three Robert B Lewis.
Structor
Yet another Breeders Cup winner has emerged as a Kentucky Derby Horse betting favorite. Structor was the winner of the grade one Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf. Trainer Chad C. Brown has a Preakness Stakes win on his resume from 2017. Only a win in the Kentucky Derby will be able to top that thrill. For this purpose, Structor has a record that inspires confidence. On September 28, 2019, Structor won the grade, three Pilgrim, at Belmont Park.
Eight Rings
Namely, Bob Baffert is a trainer that draws gambling money with any horse that he enters. Baffert entry Eight Rings is, therefore, a target for many Kentucky Derby gamblers. Eight Rings was a considerable disappointment in the grade one Breeders Cup Juvenile where he finished in sixth place.
