Horse Betting Top North American Tracks Weekend Analysis (Aug 29-30)

As summer winds down, so too do the summer meets at top North American tracks. Consider Saratoga will give us two Grade 1 races for Saturday. Gulfstream, Monmouth, and Woodbine bring among their strongest weekend cards of the year. This is a great time to dive into the Horse betting odds. Overall, this is a weekend that offers some of the best quality of the entire year. With the Kentucky Derby next weekend we have an opportune time to shore up handicapping skills!

Gulfstream Park – Hallandale, Florida – Saturday and Sunday

Saturday brings nine offshore betting Races to Gulfstream Park. Four stakes races are on the card. The $200,000 FTBOA Florida Sire Stakes will run male and female races. So too in that format are the $100,000 Proud Man and Sharp Susan.

The first place in the Gulfstream jockey standings is Emisael Jaramillo with over $3 million in earnings. Jaramillo has 559 starts with, 97 wins, 79 second, and 70 third-place finishes.

Second-place jockey at Gulfstream is Edgard J. Zayas with over $2.9 million in winnings. Zayas has 614 starts with, 105 wins, 98 second, and 71 third-place finishes.

Namely, Miguel Angel Vasquez is third with over $2.7 million in earnings. Vasquez has 632 starts with, 101 wins, 80 second, and 83 third-place finishes.

Another winner to watch at Gulfstream is lead trainer Saffie A. Joseph Jr. Joseph has over $1 million in winnings. In sum, Joseph has 203 starts with, 44 wins, 31 second, and 26 third-place finishes.

Saratoga – Saratoga Springs, New York – Saturday and Sunday

Of course, it’s a big Saturday at Saratoga with 11 races on the card. Four of those races are featured. The Amsterdam Stakes is worth, $150,000 and Grade 2. While the Grade 1 $300,000 Forego will draw massive handle. A Grade 3 Saranac Stakes is worth $100,000. More emphatically the $500,000 Grade 1 Sword Dancer tops the marquee. Sunday offers 11 races topped by the $125,000 Grade 3 Shuvee Stakes.

Monmouth Park – Oceanport, New Jersey – Saturday and Sunday

Saturday brings us 10 races. Fashion the $125,000 Grade 3 Eatontown Stakes as the main event. Sunday has another 10 races on the card with three features. The $100,000 Charles Hesse III Handicap, $75,000 Eleven North Handicap, and $75,000 New Jersey Breeders Handicap headline.

Woodbine – Rexdale, Ontario – Saturday, and Sunday

Saturday brings us 10 races from Woodbine. Accordingly, the $125,000 Grade 3 Ontario Colleen Stakes is the main event. And then on Sunday are 10 races with four features. The $135,000 Algoma and Elgin Stakes are the first two. The following are the $250,000 Muskoka and Simcoe Stakes.

Del Mar- Del Mar, California – Saturday and Sunday

Saturday at Del Mar has a schedule of 10 races for the Horse Betting Odds. Following on Sunday is 12 races headlined by the $100,000 Generous Portion Stakes.

Remington Park – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – Saturday

Nine races are on the Remington Park card for Saturday.

Laurel Park – Laurel, Maryland – Saturday

Laurel Park will bring 10 races to the Saturday schedule.

Delaware Park – Wilmington, Delaware – Saturday

In comparison, there are 10 races on the Saturday Delaware slate.

Prairie Meadows – Altoona, Iowa – Saturday and Sunday

Specifically, nine races are on Saturday and Sunday Prairie Meadows card. Featured Saturday is the $50,000 Hawkeyes and Cyclones handicaps.

Arlington Park – Arlington Heights, Illinois – Saturday

There are eight races on the Saturday card at Arlington Park. Correlate the $75,000 Arlington, Washington Futurity, and Lassie races.
