November 30th, 2010 Golf Betting

Golf betting for the Viking Classic begins the month of November for those that love to bet on golf.

The Viking Classic has a very competitive field that will give bettors at the sportsbook a lot of great options. Golf betting on the Viking Classic will have the tournament beginning on October 29th and conclude on November 1st. One of the likely golf betting favorites at the online sportsbook is going to be David Toms who has committed to this event. Other golf betting contenders at the sportsbook include Chris DiMarco, Rocco Mediate and Heath Slocum. Even though John Daly will be a longshot in golf betting he will get some attention in this event as will David Duval.

Golf betting on Rich Beem may also be popular at the online sportsbook as Beem has a chance to win the Viking Classic. Those making a bet on golf will look at Presidents Cup team member Tim Clark as a contender this week. Also on the radar are Mark Calcavecchia, Brad Faxon, Brian Gay and Bill Haas. Not to be left out is defending golf betting champion of this tournament, Will MacKenzie. Last year MacKenzie birdied four out of the last six holes to get into a playoff with Marc Turnesa and Brian Gay. MacKenzie won the bet on golf tournament on the second playoff hole. MacKenzie, Turnesa and Gay were three shots clear of Steve Allan, Bill Haas and Casey Wittenberg who finished tied for fourth.
