East Lake Golf Club

Owing to its close distance to Atlanta the East Lake Golf Club has been the permanent home of the TOUR Championship since 2004.  East Lake Golf Club has also hosted the Ryder Cup.  This private club is five miles from downtown Atlanta.  Namely the late great Bobby Jones used it as his home course.  Last year Tiger Woods won the tournament as Justin Rose claimed the FedEx Cup.

Brooks Koepka

Thomas has rocketed top the FedEx Cup standings after winning the BMW Championship last week.  Thomas is a 2017 PGA Champion and won the 2017 FedEx Cup.  He ranks fourth on the OWGR.

Patrick Cantlay

Late on Cantlay has climbed to seventh in the OWGR after finishing second at the BMW Championship.  He also won the Memorial Tournament this summer.
