Golf Odds Will be Tough at Oakland Hills at SBG Global

Golf fans should know the course well as this is the fourth time that it’s hosted this golf event. And to be sure, this is no put-put course and we could see scores in the golf odds competition sky-rocket if the weather comes into play. Two factors to watch out for this time of year at any mid-western golf odds event are afternoon showers and thunderstorms and blazing sun and warm breezes that can turn greens into parking lot surfaces. If either of these elements comes into play in this year’s golf events we might see some ugly scoring in the alter rounds of the golf betting odds.

But the course itself is no walk in the park and there are some very difficult holes here that the golf combatants must contend with. Take for example hole 2 a 530-yard par five that has more sand than many of these golf competitors have seen since their last trip to the beach. If the ball is hit straight a birdie is very possible, but the narrow fairway with a dog left leaves little room for error and any errant shot will all but certainly get buried in the sand. But this is hardly the hardest hole in the golf betting odds.

The most difficult hole that the players in the golf odds will see could easily be the par three hole nine. At 257-yards this could very well be the longest par 3 in PGA golf. With a severely sloped green it will also be difficult to get the ball to stick with a fairway wood from that distance. There are also plenty of bunkers protecting the green which should make the golf of low scores on this hole unlikely.

And if that’s not enough to make the golf odds makers nervous the 490-yard par 4 is also something that could derail a golfers golf betting dreams. A long hole with a down hill slope, a creek crossing and a well protected green spell golf disaster all over.
