Additional World Cup Betting Options

There are a number of great options available in World Cup betting, some of which you may not be aware of.

You can not only bet on the individual matches in World Cup odds, you can also bet on things like which Confederation will win the World Cup, which group will win the World Cup, etc.

World Cup betting odds favor Spain and Brazil so many of the additional options will favor those two squads.  The odds on which Confederation will win the World Cup have UEFA Europe as the -225 favorite with CONMEBOL South American the 2-1 second choice.  CAF Africa is 10-1; CONCACAF North American is 33-1 while AFC Asia and OFC Oceania are huge long shots.

The World Cup odds on which Group will win the cup are interesting with Group G the +335 favorite. Group H is right behind at +375.  Group C is +550, Group B +650, Group D +850, Group E +900, Group F +1100 and Group A at +1250.

You may want to take a shot at betting on which African team will go the furthest in the World Cup.  Ivory Coast is the favorite at +155 followed by Ghana at +365, Cameroon at +385, Nigeria at +400, South Africa at +700 and Algeria at +1200. There are also odds on which Asian or Oceania team will go the furthest.  Australia is the +140 favorite followed by South Korea at +190 and Japan at +200.  New Zealand and North Korea are huge long shots.  The same type of option exists for which CONCACAF team will go the furthest with the United States and Mexico at -105 each with Honduras the big long shot at 12-1.

The odds on which South American team to go the furthest have Brazil as the -135 favorite with Argentina the second choice at +165. Chile is 12-1, Paraguay 14-1 and Uruguay 25-1.  The same choice exists on which European team will go the furthest with Spain the favorite at +215. They are followed by England at odds of 3-1.  The Netherlands is the third choice at +650 followed by Italy, Germany, France, Portugal, Serbia, Denmark, Greece, Slovakia, Switzerland and Slovenia.

These additional options are available on the World Cup and they should only add to the betting excitement.
