Poland failed to qualify in 2010 and 2014. While in 2018, they came last in a group that included Colombia, Japan, and Senegal. Poland permitted five goals in three games. However, Poland’s sportsbook form this year has been decent. Poland has never won a knockout tie at a major tournament without recourse to penalties.

Belgium will be the best European team in Qatar. Roberto Martinez’s side is second only to Brazil. Thus, they will be strongly favored to go deep into the competition. They reached the semifinals four years ago, so they have the last step to take.

Consider that Brazil is the most successful nation in the history of the World Cup, with five previous tournament victories: 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994, and 2002. Also, Brazil is the top seed for the World Cup, which is entirely justified. They have been in the top three of the Rankings since 2018. Accordingly, that draws the attention of gamblers with the World Cup betting odds. Although countries love the prestige of facing Brazil, there were far easier teams to draw.
