The training schedule for Breeders Cup wagering favorite Zenyatta has been released. Trainer John Shirreffs has set a schedule for the unbeaten Zenyatta as he prepares her for her final race, the Breeders Cup Classic on November 6th at Churchill Downs. Zenyatta will go off as the favorite in Breeders Cup odds as she tries to finish her brilliant career at a perfect 20-0.
Three Workouts – Zenyatta will work out three times at Hollywood Park in preparation for the Breeders Cup Classic. She was scheduled to work on Thursday and then again on October 22nd and October 30th. She is scheduled to arrive in Louisville on November 2nd. Exercise rider Steve Willard said that Zenyatta has a lot of energy and is doing very well in training. Zenyatta will be getting a lot of attention and should be one of the most bet horses at the Sbg sportsbook in the Breeders Cup.
Other Breeders Cup Odds
There is another horse who looks headed to the Classic to challenge Zenyatta. Pleasant Prince earned a career-high Beyer Speed Figure of 100 for his win in the Oklahoma Derby at Remington Park and trainer Wesley Ward is pointing the horse to the Classic. Ward said that Pleasant Prince should like the added distance and that the timing of the race is perfect. Joel Rosario will get the mount. Pleasant Prince will definitely be an underdog in the Classic but Ward said that you can’t win the race if you are not in it.
