The highlight race on the first day of Breeders Cup odds on Friday, November 5th is the Ladies’ Classic.
It should be a showcase for Blind Luck but you never can tell how the race will go. The best female horse in the world will be racing on Saturday as Zenyatta goes in the Breeders Cup Classic. The next best female horses will go in the Ladies’ Classic with Blind Luck considered to be about even money favorite in online gambling to win the race.
Blind Luck
There is no doubt that Blind Luck will be heavily favored to win the Ladies’ Classic at SBG. The horse could go off at even money. She has won five graded stakes this year and really towers over everyone else. Blind Luck won her last start at Churchill Downs which was the Kentucky Oaks in April. Here last three starts were the Grade 2 Delaware Oaks in July that she won, the Grade 1 Alabama Stakes at Saratoga which she also won and the Grade 2 Cotillion Stakes at Parx Racing which she finished second in to Harvre de Grace.
Main Threats
There are four main horses that might give Blind Luck some trouble. Havre de Grace is expected to go off at 4-1 in online gambling, Life at Ten at 5-1 while Unrivaled Belle and Switch will probably be about 9-1. Unrivaled Belle will be ridden by Kent Desormeaux which means she could be a threat. Life at Ten is trained by Todd Pletcher so you can’t throw that horse out.
