Breeders Cup Betting: Uncle Mo leads the field for the Juvenile

November 30, 2010 Breeders Cup Wagering

The Juvenile is the fourth race in Breeders Cup betting for Saturday, November 6th and it is likely that Uncle Mo will be the favorite.

The horse is unbeaten in his career and he will likely get the bulk of the action in Breeders Cup odds in the Juvenile.

Uncle Mo – This horse is unbeaten and could be one of the most exciting horses in this year’s Breeders Cup, other than Zenyatta of course.  Uncle Mo is trained by Todd Pletcher who is one of the top trainers in the world. The horse won the Grade 1 Champagne at Belmont Park by 4 3/4 lengths. The jockey is John Velazquez and he knows how to win big races.  The win in the Champagne was only the second start for this son of Indian Charlie. Uncle Mo has won his first two starts by a combined 19 1/4 lengths. He is already getting attention for the Kentucky Derby in May.

Stay Thirsty – He is the stablemate of Uncle Mo and should not be ignored as you bet this race at Sbg global.com.

Boys at Tosconova – Trainer Rick Dutrow said that this horse is one of the best young prospects he has seen.  He won the Hopeful at Saratoga on Labor Day.

Jaycito and J.P.’s Gusto – They finished first and second in the Norfolk Stakes.

It is possible that J.B.’s Thunder could be entered in this race. It is also possible that Rogue Romance could be entered in the Juvenile although it is more likely he goes in the Juvenile Turf. Blue Laser, Madman Diaries and Astrology should also be in the field for the Juvenile.
