Southern 500 Renews NASCAR Betting Tradition from Darlington

Nascar-Bojangles Southern 500 From Darlington

To begin with, the Southern 500 is synonymous with stock car racing tradition and history.  This Labor Day weekend race has rekindled what many fans love about NASCAR betting.  There was a time when NASCAR went away from its roots to try and become “mainstream.”  As a result, many believe the sport drove away many long-time fans.  Darlington is a track that rekindles the feeling of the roots of the sport.  NASCAR adds to that with a parade of old school throwback cars.  Additionally, the competitors in this event will have paint schemes from the past Days of Thunder.
