The 2015 Formula One season has already brought about some interesting points as to who could end up taking in the big title. This year, Lewis Hamilton has been the top competitor for the title but there are many others to watch for.
Lewis Hamilton Formula One
Lewis Hamilton is the reigning champion in the Formula One circuit and has won three of the first five races of the season. His general skills around the many courses in the field have made him a popular name among many others.
Sebastian Vettel
Sebastian Vettel has gotten plenty of support from the Ferrari team after leading Red Bull this past year. The four-time Formula One champion will be looking to find a little more out of the competition this year with the legendary Ferrari team and so far he has proven to be a good competitor thanks to his win in Malaysia.
Nico Rosberg Formula One
Nico Rosberg finished in second place last year and is still a good favorite for all to check out. In fact, he and Hamilton are both on the same Mercedes team.
Kimi Raikkonen
Another Ferrari driver, Kimi Raikkonen won the Formula One title in 2007 and wants to get back tot he winning side of things. Many Formula One fans have noticed though that his skills have not been as strong in recent time as they used to be.
Felipe Massa
After finishing in second in the 2008 season, Felipe Massa has been doing what he can to possibly try and get back to success or at least try and get closer. He has been competing with the Williams Martini team in recent time after he was removed from the Ferrari team.
Fernando Alonso
Although he has two Formula One titles and has consistently come close to winning the title in the last few years, Fernando Alonso has been struggling to start the 2015 season. He did not start in one race and had to retire from two of them. Whether or not he will make an attempt to catch back up this year is uncertain.
