He was injured in their OT win over North Carolina on Wednesday evening. However, in the first half of this game the Blue Devils struggled as on their 1st eleven 3-Point shots they only made 1 for 3 points, then came back and made 6 consecutive and ended the game making 7 of 20 three pointers.
In the Duke win over North Carolina after Okafor was injured their Tyrus Jones stepped up and had 22 points in the 2nd half of the game and in OT as they managed to escape the loss and beat the Tar Heels 92-90. Presently #4 Duke in the ACC rankings is 2nd at 11-3 overall 24-3 behind #10 Notre at 12-3 overall 24-4 and 3rd behind #3 Virginia at 12-1 overall 24-1.
