College Football Odds: Tennesse vs. Alabama

This Saturday NCAA football fans who wager at the Online Sportsbook and Bet on College games will be given the opportunity to see an exciting game between the # 1 Alabama Crimson Tide (7-0)  and the visiting Tennessee Volunteers 4-3) as both teams defend their ranks in this SEC conference game.  The general time for kickoff is at 3:30 Eastern Time and the game is played in Tuscaloosa, Alabama at the Bryant-Denny Stadium. This is a game that SBG Global has the opening line with Alabama at -28.

Last week was both of these SEC teams won, with Bama crushing Arkansas 52-0 as the team amassed some 352 yards on the ground with a total of 532 yards of offense.  Thus the Tide continues to be a heavy favorite, despite the fact that Tennessee had an impressive upset victory over South Carolina 23-21 and the Gamecocks had their four game winning streak broken and their QB Shaw left the game with a sprained knee.  Thus the Volunteers team showed a great deal of overall team improvement in the win along with the aide of a time expiring field goal by Mike Palardy. That play was a result of the great catch by a freshman wide receiver on the 26 yard line of South Carolina followed by four running plays that took the ball to 2 yard line of the Gamecocks. This was the 1st time since back in 2009 that Tennessee has beaten a ranked opponent, and that just happened to also be the Gamecocks also.

Online Sportsbooks: Panthers vs. Buccaneers

The Carolina Panthers versus Tampa Bay Buccaneers rivalry is one of the most recent (dating from 1995), but it is also one of the most intense and even as well. This Thursday 24th they will meet for the first time this season at a point where Tampa Bay badly needs a victory but is not very likely to get one, at least as far as online sportsbooks go, which are favoring Carolina with a -6 point spread. The Bucs are 0-6, and since Josh Freeman is already long gone, one has to wonder who head coach Greg Schiano is blaming now, unless he´s chanting mea culpa. Or he may cite the training camp MRSA outbreak and get Raymond James Stadium closed down. That might save the Buccaneers further embarrassment.

Online Sportsbook: Broncos vs. Colts

This Sunday 20th will mark the return of Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning to Indianapolis. Indiana Colts fans are probably experiencing mixed feelings about this homecoming of sorts for Manning. Some may give him a hero’s welcome, while others may resent the fact that he only won one Super Bowl for them when they were expecting a dynasty. Manning himself may feel ambivalent; obviously he must have very fond memories of the 12 years he spent on Indianapolis. On the other hand, his departure was less than auspicious, and though it may have been what was best for business then (and Denver’s last season as well, as this one, prove that it was anything but), it showed Indy’s front office to have a very brief memory.

Offshore Sportbook: Cowboys vs. Lions

The Detroit Lions will have the chance to improve their last season’s record when they receive the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday 27th. The cowboys are coming off two consecutive victories versus the Washington Redskins and the Philadelphia Eagles, while the Lions lost at home to the Cincinnati Bengals. Still, the offshore sportbook point spread favors Detroit (-3). Both teams currently have a 4-3 record, and they both played very well in their previous outings on Week 7, only the Lions came up a bit short. We’ll have to see whether gives Dallas a psychological edge. Additionally, the Cowboys’ status as underdogs might give Detroit an unwarranted, false sense of security.

NFL Sportsbook: 49ers vs. Jaguars

The NFL International Series returns to London’s Wembley Stadium in England this Sunday 27th for a game pitting the San Francisco 49ers versus the Jacksonville Jaguars. To say that the Jaguars are underdogs is an understatement. In fact, it’s the term for female dogs that actually comes to mind when this team’s numbers come to the fore.

Online Sportbook: Texans vs. Chiefs

On Sunday 20th, the Kansas City Chiefs will face a team that is the ghost of seasons’ past. The Houston Texans have only won two games and have no prospects of winning a lot more, after four defeats in a row. The Chiefs have nothing to fear, though. At 6-0 so far, they have certainly exorcised last year’s demons.

Offshore Betting: Ravens vs. Steelers

July 31st, 2020 Offshore Betting SportsBook

One of the most physical rivalries in the history of the NFL, the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers often fight over divisional leadership. This Sunday 20th though, they may not be playing so much to see who gets first place but to see who isn’t last. Granted, the Ravens aren’t doing as bad as the Steelers, but then again Baltimore isn’t just any team; a lot more is expected of them, even if they hadn’t won the Super Bowl last year.

Bet on NFL: Vikings vs. Giants

The New York Giants’ QB is has been playing the role of Bizarro Manning this season. While Peyton has led the Denver Broncos to an undefeated 6-0 record, Eli has thrown 15 interceptions that have contributed to a 0-6 season for the Giants, their worst since 1976. In spite of that, home advantage and a few days’ extra rest put the Giants at a 3-point spread advantage versus the Minnesota Vikings on Monday 21st.
