Yankees Win 27th World Series Title Internet Sports Betting

Internet sport betting had the New York Yankees winning their 27th title as they defeated the Philadelphia Phillies four games to two. The Yankees were favored in offshore sports betting and didn’t disappoint. Internet sport betting had the Yankees wining their 27th title, the most in baseball history. New York became the first team to lead the league in runs and home runs and win the title since the 1984 Tigers.  DH Hideki Matsui was name the World Series MVP. He tied Bobby Richardson’s record for most RBIs in a World Series game with six.  On the other side in Internet sport betting, Ryan Howard set a record by striking out 13 times in the series.

The Yankees were 7-3 Internet sport betting winners on Wednesday as Andy Pettitte won another big game for the Yankees. Internet sport betting had it being the first World Series title for the Yankees since 2000.  Philadelphia was trying to become the first National League team since the 1975-76 Reds to repeat as champs.  Chase Utley did his part as he had five home runs in the offshore sports betting series, tying Reggie Jackson for the most ever in a single World Series. “I told them that I loved the way they played. We’re fighters and never quit,” Philadelphia manager Charlie Manuel said. “We want to keep what we got as far as attitude and chemistry.”

Four New York players got their fifth World Series title as Internet sport betting statistics showed.  Derek Jeter, Andy Pettitte, Jorge Posada and Mariano Rivera have played together for all of the New York titles that began in 1996.  “It’s an honor for me to win a championship with those guys. They are Yankee legends,” Mark Teixeira said.  Pettitte has won a Major League record 18 games in the Internet sport betting postseason.  Offshore sports betting had him becoming the first pitcher to start and win the clinching game in all three rounds of the playoffs.

The MVP of the series though was Matsui who went 8 for 13 with three home runs and eight RBIs as offshore sports betting had it.  He had the fewest at bats of any player in history that ended up winning the MVP.  His six RBIs in the clinching game tied Bobby Richardson who had six RBIs in a World Series game for the Yankees back in 1960 against Pittsburgh.
