So the fans that Bet on College Basketball at the SBG sportsbook should get ready for a real exciting ride through the games of this tournament with the games being played in Nashville, Tennessee at the Bridgestone Arena.

There are some 13 teams in this tournament and at least 6 of those teams have a good opportunity of winning this SEC Title. The Conference saw co-champs in the regular season whom were the No. 16 Kentucky Wildcats and the No. 17 Texas A&M Aggies and the leading favorites. But let us not forget the teams like Ole Miss, LSU, Vanderbilt and South Carolina all of which have a lot of talent and are very competitive teams of the SEC.

So let’s preview some of the favorites and we start with the Kentucky Wildcats whose odds are listed at Even and they are a team that began this season as a favorite to win this SEC Title. They accomplished that with exception they are sharing the title for the regular season with the Texas A&M Aggies. However, in this tournament the Wildcats will look for their freshman guard the 19 year old J. Murray to continue his incredible performance as he has this season completing some 45.4 percent from the floor while averaging 21 points per game and leading the team in scoring. But let’s not overlook their trio of players who has also boosted the offense in T. Ulis, A. Poythress and I. Briscoe who have respectively averaged 16.7, 10.2 and 9.8 points per game this season.

Next we have the Texas A&M Aggies (Overall 24-7, 13-8 SEC) who presently have odds at +200 to win the title, and even as Kentucky is favored, the Aggies did defeat Kentucky in their only conference game this season.

In that last win over the Wildcats the Aggies team leader offensively was J. Jones who grabbed some 9 rebounds and scores a game high 25 points in the 79-77 OT win. Yes, you can bet the Aggies will be looking for a Jones repeat performance as for the season he has averaged 7.3 rebounds and 15.9 points per game in their offense that has averages some 76.6 points each game to date.

They also have a duo contributing offensively in D. House and T. Davis who will assist in the tournament play as to date they have a combined 26.6 points and 10.9 rebounds each game. If the 3 mention players continue their top performance, it’s expected that Texas A&M will win this tournament overpowering Kentucky.

Another favorite is the South Carolina Gamecocks (Overall 24-7, 11-7 SEC) and they have a record that hopefully will take them into March Madness. Presently the odds on South Carolina are at +750 and they need to keep their top player M. Carrera focused and healthy for this tournament. To date he leads the team with 7.8 rebounds and 14.7 points each game, and unfortunately he missed their last game of the season with Arkansas due to an injury to his hip. However, if he slows down then the Gamecocks will have to find a solution to replace their number 1 offensive weapon.

The we have the LSU Tigers (Overall 18-13, 11-7 SEC) whose odds are at +1,400 and considered a Sleeper and will be seeking to increase their bid for the March Madness, and go as far as they can in this tournament as they are without their star player K. Hornsby who has a hernia injury. If they win their 1st game against Vanderbilt and if they want to reach the big dance, they need to make to at least the finals in this tournament, but that will be a tough task.

The Long Shot in this tournament is the Auburn Tigers (15-19 Overall and 5-13 SEC) who has odds of +8,000 to win this tournament. Once again Auburn will be seeking the impossible as they take on the Volunteers of Tennessee in this tournaments 1st game. A win in this game would bring back some confidence for the Tigers, but that may be another difficult task.

Auburn struggled in the regular season as in their ultimate 13 games they lost 11 games all of which were losses of more than 10 points. However, back on the 2nd of January they were able to overcome the Volunteers 83-77.

The online gambling prediction for this SEC Tournament will see the Kentucky Wildcats who prove to be the best overcome the pack and win their 2nd straight SEC Championship.
