Internet Betting – Luke Donald Favored Again this Week

Internet Betting – Luke Donald Favored Again this Week.  Luke Donald is the favorite in Internet betting at this week’s Zurich Classic. Donald was the favorite last week at The Heritage and just missed winning the event as he lost in a playoff.  Donald is the +725 favorite in online betting at Sbgglobal for the Zurich Classic that begins on Thursday.

Luke Donald +725
Last week was a tough loss for Donald in the playoff at The Heritage but he played well.  It was his fifth straight Top 10 finish. He leads the PGA Tour in putting and adjusted scoring average. If he can put last week behind him then he should be right there on Sunday.

Nick Watney +1050
You could easily make Watney the favorite this week in Internet betting and not be wrong. He won this event back in 2007 and he leads the PGA Tour this year in all-around.  He has five top 10 finishes this year in seven starts.

Steve Stricker +1500
Is this the week that Stricker gets a win?  He tied for seventh in this event two years ago.  He is coming off a tie for 11th at the Masters.

Justin Rose +1650
You can make a great case for Justin Rose winning this week at New Orleans. He lead the PGA Tour in greens in regulation and is third in all-around.  He has not played since finishing in a tie for 11th at the Masters and has some good value at 16.5 to 1.

K.J. Choi +1850
He seems to be on the leader board in every tournament that he enters. He would seem to have the game to contend this week.

Bubba Watson +1850
He tied for fifth in this event back in 2007. We know he can drive it a long way and that could be critical this week with the course hard and firm.

Brandt Snedeker +2350
He is coming off a win last week at The Heritage.  He may have a tough time putting together two great weeks back-to-back but the course in New Orleans is known to reward great putters and there are few better than Snedeker.

Ben Crane +2350
He finished in a tie for 6th last week at The Heritage. He is 11th on the tour in greens in regulation and 16th in all-around.
