Yes the 2015-16 NCAA Basketball regular seasons is winding down to the March Madness dance that starts on the 16th of March 2016, Thus just a few weeks away. Therefore we have a game tonight that to us is intriguing between the 21-5 Dayton Flyers (3rd Atlantic 10) playing at the 10-15 Saint Louis Billikens (11th Atlantic 10) with the game being played Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri with the tip-off scheduled for 8 PM ET and seen on CBSC.

If you Bet on College basketball at SBG sportsbook their early odds have the Dayton Flyers favored at -12 ½ with the Over/under at 134 ½ and -1000 on the Money Line, while the Saint Louis Billikens are the underdogs at +12 ½ and +700 on the Money Line, and all lines are subject to change before game time.

Both of these teams recently have trended in different directions as the Flyers had 2 consecutive defeats, while the Billikens made a comeback win streak after have a loss streak. Fans now are wondering if that trend will continue tonight.

The 21-5 Dayton Flyers (11-3 Atlantic 10) had risen to a 15th ranking in the AP, but then lost 2 straight games this past week at St. Joseph 80-71 and that on their home court to St. Bonaventure 80-73 and that dropped completely out of the Top 25 for the AP Poll. Amazingly in their last 77 games, that is the 1st time they have had consecutive losses to date.

During that loss streak the Flyer had an absence of 3 point attempts and completions as they were only 14 of 53 for 25 percent, when their regular season average had been 35% up to those games.

Their junior forward K. Pollard who has been out with an injury and in the 4 games without him the Flyers went 1 and 3. During his absence they could not get past Bonaventure and St. Joe whom are 2 conference teams with a combined record of 21-7, but hopefully in this game they can keep the Billikens struggling in scoring as they have as of late.

The Flyers in conference play to date are allowing opponents to score an average of 64.2 points each game, and in these two teams 1st game the held the Billikens to just 37 points in that game, and in the ultimate 4 games between the 2 teams the Flyers have won 3 and lost 1.

If you a fan of the 10-16 Billikens (5-9 Atlantic 10) your team lately has been on a good streak, yes as after 5 consecutive losses they have posted 2 consecutive wins beating Fordham 77-69 and in OT George Mason 80-78.

Their J. Bishop a freshman was their star in those back-to-back wins, as he had 6 assists, 6 rebounds and scored 20 points in the win over George Mason, and in the Fordham game had 17 points, while teammate M. Crawford let the team in that game with 21 points. In their ultimate 5 games Bishop in 4 of them scored at least 16 points.

Bishop has scored 16 or more points in four of his last five games, and will be eager to make up for his four-point, 1-of-9 shooting performance in his first meeting with Dayton. Then since the Billikens were routed by 34 points at Dayton they will be seeking revenge in this game, and they feel their team is the best equipped to do that on their home court, sine 7 of their 10 wins to date have been on their home court a t Chaifetz Arena in Saint Louis, Missouri. Also the Billikens rank in the conference in 3-point defense at 32% and that should help shut down the Flyers and their 3-point attempts.

The online betting prediction for this Atlantic 10 rivalry game will see the Dayton Flyers beat the Billikens of St. Louis by at least 10 points.
