New York is unbeaten after upsetting the Colts this past Sunday night 20-7. Thus the Jets 2-0, now meet the winless Eagles 0-2 this Sunday afternoon.

If you and Eagles of Philadelphia fan, you surely are disappointed in your team who was picked to take the NFC East Title from the Cowboys of Dallas this season. That appears to be impossible, as your team is struggling and are winless in their 1st 2 season games.

In their 2nd week game, the Eagles could not get their offense moving and were held in the 1st half of the game to a mere 21 yards, and finished the game with 225, to little and too late. Their stud running back, formerly of Dallas, was shut down in the game by the Cowboys defense, and imagines he only gained 2 total yards in the game on some 13 attempts carrying the ball.

But, their QB S. Bradford also struggled in the game as he only completed 23 of his 38 passes for some 222 yards with 1 TD, was intercepted 2 times and sacked 1 time in the game. QB Bradford has not regained his game groove, and he needs to do that soon, or the Eagles appear to be ready for another loss in this week 3 game against the Jets of New York.

In this game the Eagles will look to WR J. Matthews to continue his strong performance as he had 6 receptions for some 82 yards and 1 TD. The Eagles will also look for improvement with their offensive line which struggle in the 1st 2 games in a big manner. Plus, they would like to see RB Murray have a game like he use to have playing for the Cowboys. The Eagles in their ultimate 5 away games have won 2 games and lost 3 straight up.

If you’re Jets of New York fan, then you know your team has finally ended their losing the 2nd game of the season for 3 consecutive years by beating the Colts on Monday Night Football as the upset the Colts of Indianapolis 20-7 for a victory.

The win came from a strong defensive effort, and stopping the Colts star QB A. Luck during the game as they forced 5 turnovers, with CB D. Revis forcing 3 of the turnovers while they kept QB Luck rushing his game.

Offensively the Jets QB R. Fitzpatrick played well as he took advantage of numerous Colt mistakes, as he completed 22 of 34 passes for some 245 yards as he passed for 2 TD’s. This was his 1st career win which allowed his team to start the season at 2-0 which is a first since back in 2011.

The Jets defensively should be able to handle the Eagles passing game that has averaged some 276 yards each game, with their strong CB play from Cromartie and Revis holding the receivers of Philadelphia back. Then their strong line on defense which has held their opponents in the 1st 2 games to less than 4 yards each running attempt could be problematic for the Eagles, especially if the Eagles offensive line continues it poor performance.

Offensively the Jets will be depending on RB C. Ivory who to date is averaging some 4.5 yards each carry in the 1st 2 games, then WR B. Marshall whom in the last game against the Colts, has 1 TD on 7 receptions for some 102 yards. New York in their ultimate 10 home games, they have 4 wins and 6 losses straight up.

The prediction for this game is that the Jets of New York will outscore the Eagles of Philadelphia 24-14 as the Jets go to 3-0 and the Eagles to 0-3!A
