Jacksonville Jaguars at New York NFL Bet

NFL bet odds have the New York Jets favored by about a touchdown at home as they host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.

It is a key game for both teams since they are both 4-4.  Those that bet on football will have a tough choice on which team to take in this game.

NFL bet results had the Jaguars winning against the Chiefs last week but they did not cover the spread for those that bet on football.  The Jaguars got the win though and it has put them in position to make a playoff run. “We’ve left ourselves in a spot where we can continue to fight,” coach Jack Del Rio said, “We had tremendous (roster) turnover. This is a group of men who are willing to work at it. I believe we will improve. Being at 4-4, we are still alive.”  This game against the Jets may decide which team is a Wild Card contender this NFL bet season and which team is a pretender.

The Jaguars actually have a decent offense that can impact NFL bet results.
Maurice Jones-Drew has rushed for more yards through eight games than any back in Jacksonville history and the Jaguars have 12 plays of 30 or more yards this bet on football season.  The Jags offense will be tested this NFL bet week by a New York defense that is second in the NFL.  The Jets are allowing just 273.4 yards per game this bet on football year.

New York is optimistic about the remaining eight games of their NFL bet schedule.  After a 3-0 start in NFL bet action the Jets went 1-4 but now they are set to go after their bye week. “I think we’re figuring out a lot about ourselves,” said linebacker Bart Scott. “We’re finding out our identity and how we can be what we can be.” Scott and David Harris have combined to form one of the best linebacker duos in the league.

Jacksonville has won five of the eight all-time meetings against the Jets and they are 5-3 against the bet on football pointspread in those games. The last NFL bet meeting between the two was three years ago at Jacksonville and the Jaguars won 41-0 versus the NFL bet odds.  The Jags also won at New York in 2005 by a score of 26-20 in NFL bet lines.  Both of those games went over the NFL bet total.
