2009 March Madness odds will have 34 teams that received at-large bids to the NCAA Tourney. The tournament is split into four regions with teams seeded in 2009 March Madness odds from 1-16. The #1 seeds play the #16 seeds, the #2 seeds play the #15 seeds, it is the #3 seeds versus the #14 seeds, the #4 seeds versus the #13 seeds, the #5 seeds versus the #12 seeds, the #6 seeds versus the #11 seeds, the #7 seeds versus the #10 seeds and the #8 seeds versus the #9 seeds. The brackets are not reseeded after each round of March Madness betting. The tournament is win or go home and there are no second chances.
