Memphis Grizzlies at Sacramento Basketball Betting

December 4th, 2023 Live NBA Betting Lines

Basketball betting on Monday includes the home opener for the Sacramento Kings as they host the Memphis Grizzlies. NBA betting stats have the Kings as 18-6 in home openers at ARCO Arena. They have won 10 of the last 11 home openers, including the last three.

Basketball betting indicates that the Grizzlies were the Kings opponent in last season’s home opener. The Kings won that game 100-95.  The last time the Grizzlies and Kings met in basketball betting it was the Memphis Grizzlies winning 113-95. That win ended a 20-game losing streak to the Kings in Sacramento. It was the only the second time in the Grizzlies franchise history that they had won at ARCO Arena.

Kevin Martin has scored 20 or more points in each of the Kings’ three games this season. Martin leads the Kings in scoring, averaging 25.3 points per game.  The Kings have had a rough start to the season losing all three of their road games against Oklahoma City, New Orleans and San Antonio.  This is the second game of a West Coast road trip for the Grizzlies as they played last night in Denver.

This is the first of three regular season NBA betting meetings between the two teams. The two teams split last season’s basketball betting series with each team winning two games. Sacramento leads the all-time series against the Grizzlies, 39-15. Last season Kevin Martin had 33 points in leading the Kings to the win over Memphis in the home opener. Marc Gasol scored 27 points, Rudy Gay had 23 points and Mike Conley added 20 points in the Grizzlies 113-95 basketball betting win in March at ARCO Arena.

Basketball betting trends have the Grizzlies at 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games overall. The Grizzlies are 5-2 in basketball betting in their last 7 vs. the Pacific and 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Sacramento.

The Kings are 3-8 in basketball betting in their last 11 games overall. The Kings are 1-4 in NBA betting in their last 5 Monday games.

With the basketball betting total we find that six of the last eight Memphis games have gone under.  13 of the last 18 Memphis road games have gone under the basketball betting total.  Six of the last seven Sacramento games have gone under the NBA betting total. Five of the last seven meetings between the two have gone over the basketball betting total.
