Chinese Grand Prix next on F1 Betting Calendar

Indeed, 2010 is shaping up to be one of the most interesting auto racing betting season in recent memory.

With any number of drivers and teams capable of winning the F1 odds competition on any given date the upcoming Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai should be an impressive sports betting event.

On April 16th the F1 betting world will focus on Shanghai as the Chinese city plays host to one of the newest and most high-profile races in the F1 odds.  After three F1 wagering events Brazilian Felipe Massa leads the driver standings with 39 points.  Just behind him in the online F1 wagering competition is Ferrari teammate Fernando Alonso with 37 points.  Though Massa has yet to capture a checkered flag at an F1 betting event, he’s the most consistent driver of the F1 odds season with a two top three finishes so far in the online betting competition.

Not surprisingly, Ferrari leads the team table with 70 points in the open-wheeled auto by a wide margin with 76 points through three F1 betting races.  McClaren is currently in the second spot with 66 points through three F1 wagering events.

You’ve got to like the Ferrari drivers in the upcoming Shanghai F1 betting event based on the team’s consistent performance so far in the F1 online betting season.  However, after Red Bulls domination at the Malaysian Grand Prix it’s also very hard to like this team’s chances in the F1 gambling odds.  Sebastian Vettel came up with a huge win and teammate Mark Webber was second in the online betting results.

However, conditions in Shanghai will be much different that at the F1 online betting event in Malaysia, or in any F1 wagering event so far this year.  With this in mind you’ve got to like Ferrari’s chances as the team has proven the most adaptable so far in the early sports betting.
