Two tossed in American Idol Betting Action

Finally, justice was served last night as American Idol betting fans saw the weak link Andrew Garcia sent home after yet another mangled performance on America’s biggest Karaoke challenge.  But as online betting fans of the show know he wasn’t the only sent packing and for the first time in the history of American Idol odds action a second contestant was shown the door.  Katie Stevens, despite a valiant effort, was kicked off the show as well.

American Idol betting experts and fans alike could read the writing on the wall and Garcia’s days had been numbered since the first of week of performances.  Week after week his singing was terrible and it was mystery to many American Idol betting gurus how this guy kept getting voted back week after week.  But his gut wrenching cover of Elvis Presley’s cover of Big Momma Thornton’s Hound Dog was the straw that broke the camel’s back and he will no longer be featured in the American Idol odds competition.

Stevens’ departure wasn’t all that surprising either as the American Idol odds had her listed among the long shots to win this online betting competition.  She was a decent performer and had an alright voice but the R&B stylings of the King proved to be too much for the girl and fans sent her packing from the American Idol betting action.

American Idol betting alum Adam Lambart served as a “guest mentor” in this week’s competition and according to various online betting sites he steered the contestants in the right direction.  American Idol betting hopefuls (Crystal Bowersox and Casey James) that listened to his advice put on great show last night and had no problem advancing to the nest round of the betting action.  

Others, like Lee DeWyze and Siobhan Magnus, were lucky they lived to see another day as their American Idol betting performance last night was awful.  These two will definitely be among the favorites in the American Idol odds to go home next week.
